This easy Healthy Coffee Banana Smoothie Recipe is the perfect creamy and flavorful smoothie to add to your morning routine! Looks like summer is here and we should be certainly ready! Start your day with a refreshing shake that contains morning coffee, protein, vitamins, and healthy fats (don’t be afraid of fats!). Oh, and it is DELICIOUS.

Ingredients:

  • 1 tbsp. coffee powder/ chilled brewed coffee
  • 1 banana, cut into chunks
  • 1 cup nonfat plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 tbsp. ground flax seeds
  • 1 tsp. honey
  • 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp. grated nutmeg
  • 6 ice cubes
